Construction Manager
Weslee oversees all construction, rehab, and major repairs at Bearss Properties. He manages every project with tight timelines and even tighter quality control. Weslee coordinates contractors, inspections, and budgets to make sure each home is delivered safe, sanitary, and stable for long-term tenancy. His work is a major reason our units maintain the highest first time “pass” ratings in the industry.

Maintenance Manager
Jordan leads the day-to-day maintenance operations across the portfolio. He triages work orders, schedules and supervises vendors, and handles everything from minor fixes to urgent repairs with speed and professionalism. Jordan’s focus on preventive maintenance, clear communication, and respect for each family’s space keeps homes functional, comfortable, and compliant.
