Weslee oversees all construction, rehab, and major repairs at Bearss Properties. From full-home turnarounds to code upgrades and safety improvements, he manages every project with tight timelines and even tighter quality control. Weslee coordinates contractors, inspections, and budgets to make sure each home is delivered safe, sanitary, and stable for long-term tenancy. His work is a major reason our units maintain the highest first time “pass” ratings in the industry.

Jordan leads the day-to-day maintenance operations across the portfolio. He triages work orders, schedules and supervises vendors, and handles everything from minor fixes to urgent repairs with speed and professionalism. Jordan’s focus on preventive maintenance, clear communication, and respect for each family’s space keeps homes functional, comfortable, and compliant. His work allows residents to focus on work, school, and family—knowing their home is in reliable hands.

Lauren serves as our Administrative Assistant at Bearss Properties. She keeps the operation running with precision—coordinating communication, maintaining records, and ensuring that no detail falls through the cracks.
